Randy Cash, Owner and Appraiser, founded Southside Appraisal Services in 1995. He began this business by living in the community and becoming part of it. Knowing who his neighbor is, and what he needs and wants, are powerful tools that many businesses simply don’t possess. He makes it his business to understand your needs, and act in a prompt, decisive manner to maximize the benefits of his service to you.

Mr. Cash is licensed as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and has been since the implementation of appraiser licensing in 1993. Mr. Cash is a member of the South Hill Rotary Club and the South Hill Lions Club.
