Firm formed by Randy Cash in August of 1995. The name of the firm is indicative of the market area served, including Mecklenburg, Brunswick, Lunenburg, and Greensville counties. Some limited work is also done in Chesterfield and Henrico counties and the city of Petersburg. Mr. Cash performs appraisals not only for longtime clients but also from lending firms and clients throughout the entire United States. Mr. Cash specializes in Residential Appraisal work and will continue with some commercial assignments as well.
